At Mosaic Design, Chris combines her passion for plants, art, and design to create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. With a BSc in Botany, a Graduate Diploma in Art History, and a Certificate in Landscape Construction, she brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge, artistic vision, and technical expertise to every project.

Chris’s journey began in Christchurch, studying botany and working as a scientific illustrator for Lincoln University’s Horticulture Department. After years as a designer and art director in Wellington’s public sector, she retrained in landscape construction in 2011 to focus on residential garden design.

Mosaic Design is dedicated to crafting thoughtful, tailored landscapes that enhance both the beauty and practicality of outdoor spaces. Whether designing lush gardens or structured landscapes, Chris ensures every project reflects her clients’ needs and the natural environment.
