Founded in 2013 by owner-operator Sean Smith, Hamilton Home Improvements is a family-owned business specializing in high-quality renovations and building work across the Waikato region. With nearly 20 years of experience, Sean leads a skilled team of qualified builders and apprentices, while his wife, Anna, manages the books alongside their busy family life.

After starting in Hamilton, the company relocated to Morrinsville in 2015 to take on their own full-scale renovation, giving Sean and Anna a deep understanding of the challenges homeowners face. Sean’s expertise spans new builds, renovations, and large-scale projects, with international experience in luxury home and commercial renovations in the U.K.
